CMK Guest Designer Challenge

Taking a moment to load up this months CMK (www.createmykeepsake.com) GDT challenge.

Boy what a challenge this was. We were asked to create 4 projects using only 1 PP . We were able to add any embellishments as long as we only used 1 12x12 PP and two of the projects had to be cards. I was so worried starting out that I would run out of PP that I actually had some left over. It was a little intimidating starting out but once I got to creating it was a lot of fun !!!!

KB and Friends Projects and Daisy D's

Just wanted to take a moment and quickly post some work I created for the new DT I am on.

These were created thru Scrap Gypsies for http://www.kbandfriends.com/ (Kathryn Balint and Friends). I had a total ball playing with their kits and created two digi 12x12 layouts and one hybrid tag.

I also had time this week to alter a frame for the Daisy D's Contest going on at http://www.createmykeepsakes.com/ This project took a little more time than I expected just because I wanted to make sure that you couldn't see any cutting marks etc. I am pretty happy with the way it turned out but it was more difficult than I thought to wrap the paper and cut the matt.

Project Isabella's Room

Boy does time fly. We keep saying "There is planty of time to get the Baby's Room put together"

I am now starting to feel the pressure. Today was a great day. I went and picked out the baby furniture (Thanks to my Wonderful Mom & MIL) and is being held till we get the room painted.

I am posting pics of all the Furniture and of the Baby Bedding I got at Target. Project Isabella's Room has offically Started.

Gotta Luv Target !!!!! I found a very pretty Amy Coe bedding clearenced down to $18.00 and the reg price on it is $89.00. Woooohoooo !!!!!! It's crazy how Target marks things down per area. We have two Target stores in our area. One is East of us and the other is West. We about sit in the middle. ANy who one Target had it marked down and the other one still wanted reg retail. Crazy huh .....

My MIL is going to help we with the Baby's Room Mural, which I am so excited about I just can't decide if I want a whymsical room or lean twords a more classy wheathered look like the Basic Grey Blush line offers. I soooooo do not want to paint the room pink. Believe it or not I can't stand the color so I am thinking of really mixing colors up.
